📋 Changes
This PR configures Dependabot so that all the actions used inside composite actions get automatically updated. Dependabot does not update these by default.
Also, all the actions used in composite actions were updated and pinned to a specific commit –except those official actions by Github, which don't get pinned to a commit– according to our current best practices.
